Our refund and cancellation policy

1. General Policy

NV Skynet strives to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our broadband services.

2. Service Fees

Monthly service fees are charged in advance. Once service has been activated and used, monthly fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances.

3. Installation Fees

Installation fees are typically non-refundable once installation has been completed. If installation cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, a full refund will be issued.

4. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their service at any time with 30 days written notice. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

5. Early Termination

If you terminate service before the end of your billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Service Interruptions

In case of extended service interruptions (more than 24 hours) not caused by the customer, we will provide service credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to report service issues.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe there is an error in your bill, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.

8. Equipment Returns

If you cancel service, you must return all NV Skynet equipment within 15 days. Equipment must be in good condition. Failure to return equipment may result in charges.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. For cash payments, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

10. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair solution.

11. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate your concern to our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
